Vanity Trove February :)

I wanted to do a beauty blog but i have no idea what to write as my first post but since i have just received my vanity trove delivered to my doorstep, i decided to just do a review on it :)

I have to admit that i was pretty excited when i saw this sitting on my table. I mean how could you not be when you have seen the previous vanity trove items especially vanity trove december?? SO i was pretty stumped when i opened the product card below ): Its not what i have in mind haha. But i guess the higher the expectations you have, the higher the chance you will be disappointed. 

The box is decorated rather prettily. And when you opened it, there is this scent that is really nice and makes the whole thing even more classy. I think the scent comes from the soap bar but i cant really be sure. Anyway, here is the contents of the whole box! :)

I received Did It On Em (yellow) and Fly (green) which are just so not my colour. Personally i prefer Pink Friday and Metallic 4 Life.Anyone wants to exchange with me? haha ;D

I have no idea what flavour i have received because i cant find the label. Anyway, its unique that they have included tea in this month's trove but still... really disappointed. Any random skincare products would be so much better than this. (and it doesnt help that bellabox february is full of goodies!)

MEKALALIVING REGENERATIVE BLACK RICE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER

$22 for a full-sized bottle (250ml)

$2.64 per sample size bottle (30ml)

I took a sniff of both shampoo and conditioner and they smell very sweet. Kinda like some kind of food that i usually ate but i just cant identify it. And no, i dont think it smells like the normal white/brown rice i ate. Maybe it really smells like black rice which until now, i didnt know actually existed. Anyway, the packaging sucks, it will be troublesome after 1 or 2 usage(s) as you will have to scoop the contents out. 

SKIN INC PURE REPAIR + WHITENING EYE MASK

This eye mask is huge actually. The price wasnt stated on vanity trove's website so i have no idea what is the cost.

And last but not least FILTHY FARMGIRL: FILTHY VALENTINES

$16 for full size bar.

I wonder if this is the full size ... mhmmm... anyway, this smells really nice. :)
